Fruit from the Carlton Vineyard, aged 12 months in 100% French oak and is a barrel selection of 11 for the final blend. A fruit forward affair that pairs black cherry, black raspberry, mocha, vanilla and a supple sweet fruit finish that handles the tannins exceptionally well. Everything’s in balance and shows longevity for a decade or more - a very rewarding bottle of Franc.
