A good hot vintage Riesling here, keeping all the right aromatics and palatel-matics (I'm making up words here). there's a hint of sweetness left behind on this one with sweet peach and apple on the finish, but always with that good Ontario acidity to keep things fresh. Sweet green apple, floral and white peach also appear on the nose and taste. The tell-tale on this one will be when it starts to develop its hot weather petrol (prematurely?) - so drink young (and often). Price: $16.95 - Rating: ****
