I trust that the 2011 wines don’t get lost amongst the more blockbuster years of 2010 and 2012 … this is a perfectly approachable Cabernet Franc full of wonderful raspberry and cherry notes with a strawberry and sweet spice finish and the merest hint of cherry-tobacco in the aftertaste.
