The first vintage for this new winery and wouldn’tcha know they come up with a delightful Chardonnay. The nose is slightly shy and takes a little coaxing to open up, but the palate gives up flavours right away – offering up peach, citrus and nice mineral undertones … the acid bites back, but not too hard.
