Lighter in colour than many of it’s counterparts, but showing a beautiful red hue. The nose was strawberry, raspberry and black cherry with light earth tones that mingled in nicely. Our tastebuds caught hints of strawberry and black cherry and in the mouth our receptors caught traces of tannins that caused a drying sensation about mid-way through. All-in-all, a delicious Pinot - smooth, velvety, soft and light. Nothing too taxing about this - a great starter Pinot for those who don’t like Pinot Noir.
