Inniskillin winemaker Bruce Nicholson has really brought his knowledge of Viognier from British Columbia and used it to great effect here in Ontario. Aromas are pineapple, melon and pear while the palate proves to be even more interesting ... rich, almost opulent fruit, with great mouthfeel that hints at melon rind and pineapple core; this is one heck of a delicious Viognier and a wine worth getting to know.
