A mere eight months in oak has given this Chardonnay all the attractive aromas and flavours Chard-lovers crave. Nose is full of vanilla, apple and butterscotch, while the palate has plenty of fruit, namely apple, peach and pear though still delivers on creamy vanilla and butterscotch all balanced by a delicate, ever-present acidity.
