Last year was the first edition of this 100% Pinot Noir, Moira Vineyard Rose, and I'd have to say, not only was it the best rose to come out of Malivoire, but one of the best to come out of Ontario.  Well, they've done it again, raising the production to 500 cases - so this time there is more to go around.  Only 2 hours of skin contact, which gives it that lovely pale pink colour, the nose is cherry-strawberry infused, which follows onto the palate but gives a lovely dry, refreshing finish and just the right amount of backing acidity.  Price: $21.95 - Rating: ****+
