I am told this is not Ravine's first rose, but in all honesty I can't remember them making one in the past - or better yet, one this good.  The nose mimics the taste here with a touch of earthy rolling into red currant and strawberry pith.  A nice medium length finish that comes across dry with nicely balanced acidity - making this a very lunchtime on the patio wine, good thing Ravine has a great restaurant to serve it at.  Price: $20.00 - Rating: ****
