This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon Rose answers the question of what to do with the grape in a year where it may not have ripened fully.  The nose is a full-on berry bowl of raspberry and cherry, which follows onto the palate adding a nice peppery aspect to the finish and pleasant, palate cleansing, mouth-watering acidity; this one comes across dry - despite all that fruit - and it's delicious to sip on.  Price: $15.95 - Rating: ****
