Another wonderfully delicious Cabernet Sauvignon from the equally wonderful 2012 vintage. Nice rich red and black fruit on the nose with flavours that include cherry, plum, blackberry, chocolate, vanilla and espresso beans … there’s just so much here for you to sniff and taste – there’s even a silkiness to the palate that manages to work well with the lovely tannin backbone.   Price: $24.95 – Rating: ****
