This is Creekside’s third incarnation of Sauvignon Blanc which includes their general list brand (LCBO), Backyard Block and now this one. Iconoclast is picked 4 days later than the Backyard Block, but from the same vineyard, showing: juicy pink grapefruit with melon and yellow grapefruit zest … there’s good length to the finish, which is pleasant and easy drinking. With the price of this wine being the same as the Backyard it’s a dealer’s choice as to which one to get; try ‘em both at the winery – then you can make your mind up there.
