In this wine there are touches of what makes Chardonnay interesting and it’s all done with a deft and delicate touch: peach, pear, vanilla, butter, butterscotch, with a hint of spice on the finish and nice acidity to keep it all feeling fresh … delicate, delightful, delicious - and nothing to overwhelm or over-power. Interesting to note that this wine is “only available” in restaurants – so you’ll have to do a little begging if you go to the winery, but it’s worth it. Price: $18.95 - Rating: ****
