Here’s a wine you expect little of but get so much from … a Riesling based sparkler done in the traditional method for 6-7 months with a dosage of unoaked Merlot for colour. Fresh, fruity and slightly flinty, you’ll find peach mixed with citrus and a hint of strawberry. The finish is slightly tart and quite long.
