This is Hidden Bench’s “restaurant” label, but I’m told if you beg hard (and long) enough they’ll sell a bottle or two to you (the public) or maybe not – 9 months in barrel made with “mostly” indigenous yeast and 20% new wood has garnered some lovely citrus and green apple on the finish while still having a creamy smooth mid-palate … well-balanced fruit to barrel ratio.
