Hubbs is a winery focusing on Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris, their reasoning is that in all the great wine regions of the world they focus on what they do best and that the County should be no different. This 3 barrel (75-case) production of Pinot Noir has aromas of smoke, black cherry, cranberry and oak. Nice tannin structure on the palate with cassis-cherry-cranberry-oak and a tart, gritty finish.
