I think the Grange has found their grape, Gamay Noir; this is not the first time I have been thrilled with a Gamay from this winery (it's the third) and I'm seeing some consistency of quality here. Earthy notes suggest Pinot Noir, but there's a delightful fruitiness of cherry and black cherry that tells me this is Gamay at its core - ends on the earthy side so Pinot drinkers should fall for this one too.  Price: $16.95 - Rating: *** 1/2+
