I’ll say it again, for the most part I’m an anti-Chardonnay snob; but when I find a good one I like to let you know and here Konzelmann has created something pretty impressive, full of peachy, toasty and spicy notes; sure there’s lots of oak character between the butterscotch, apple spice and cinnamon, but there’s a long, lush finish that’s the real winning part of this wine; and speaking of winning this wine took gold at the All Canadian Wine Championships.
