Peller has been doing quite well with its Gamay of late, they just seem to finally have a handle on this (should be) Ontario staple. Plenty of cherry, raspberry and white pepper with subtle earthy character to round it out … the finish is persistent with red fruit, a touch of black and it lingers just the right amount before you’ll need to take that next sip.  Price: $18.95 – Rating: ****
