Norm’s ode to his sister really shows its feminine side … a 70/30 blend of Niagara/Prince Edward grown fruit Chardonnays from this hot vintage shows plenty of apple and spice with a nice creaminess mid-palate while the finish sweeps in with balancing acidity – it’s young so it has a muscular middle, but with a finish that really shows off those floral-feminine hints.
