The first thing you get here – and I mean the very first – is the acidity, and it’s what carries this wine all the way to the finish: lime cordial, delicious apple and peach up-front with a finish loaded with green apple tartness – giving this wine a long cheek-hugging finish. One of Niagara’s best Riesling producers does it again … in spades – you gotta love ‘em tart and this one delivers. Price: $14.95 – Rating: ****+
