This bubbly is a mix of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, as per the usual blend of Hinterland’s Rosé Brut – this year there’s a nice strawberry and raspberry note to the nose, more on the yeasty dry side than candied, while the palate really shows off the acidity, plus the wines dry side with cran-raspberry, lime and a nice mineral seam that keeps the wine on the tartness edge.
