Where else you gonna get such a fine example of textbook Cabernet Franc at such a ridiculously low price but at Featherstone (and I mean that with all due respect): it’s a real steal. Floral, tobacco, cigar box, balsamic strawberries and blueberry all show up on the nose and make an encore presentation on the palate, and it’s all backed by good tannins with a well-textured mouthfeel; plus it’s and all aged using all American oak, who knew?
