A lot goes into this wine; like 70% of it is barrel aged and fermented, while 30% goes into concrete, and then it all ends up in barrel for 9-10 months, resulting in a wine that shows vanilla right off the top with some herbaceous notes and pink grapefruit, while acidity swings in on the finish to help balance the wine out for a lengthy finish.
