Dan Sullivan seems to get better with his grapes every year – symbiotic comes to mind, as he gets the best out of them and they from him … Here we get intense floral (violets) on the nose with cherry and a mineral-stoniness; the palate seems to follow right along and adds cranberry and white pepper into the mix for added complexity.
