This is brought-in fruit (as opposed to estate) giving iCellars another price-tier to play with … this would be their entry-level, bottled unfiltered and aged in American and French oak for 12 months (1/3 new). It starts off with tobacco, cassis and black cherry and that follows right onto the palate where the tannins get fairly aggressive – but they don’t overwhelm, instead it’s the spiciness you’ll definitely remember. Price: $30.00 – Rating: ****
