A new winery in Prince Edward County, say it isn’t so … well if they are making good wine they are welcome to join the fray – and this Pinot Noir proves that they are jumping into the “good wine pool” with both feet. Nose hints at mineral with some sour cherry and white smoke. Palate also shows signs of succulence with some sweet cranberry nuances and fresh and lively red cherry all with a hint of pencil shavings on the finish; a really good start for this new winery in the County.
