Thomas B. leans more and more into his French roots with every vintage – not satisfied to just call this “Pinot Noir” he feels the need to throw in the “Villages” designation, which denotes his entry level offering. First thing to grab the tongue are the tannins, there’s also a lovely smokiness to this 18 month in oak Pinot … add in the cranberry and black cherry and you’ve got some textbook, easy drinking Niagara Pinot Noir.
