This reserve wine comes from 2 choice blocks of estate fruit, it’s a wine that needs time to open and fully express itself – currently its subtle of white fruit and mineral / stoniness. It spends 10 months in oak where it is both aged and wild fermented. Those looking for the buttery side of Chardonnay need to wait for the swallow where creamy vanilla and peach show up.
