From the Corus Vineyard in Niagara-on-the-Lake, half wild-fermented and 18 months in oak (no new oak) – the nose does not fully translate on to the palate where vanilla meets citrus in a creamy kind of way – good acidity and length makes this an interesting Sauvignon Blanc but leans in with a Chardonnay twist.
