There is nothing here that goes too far - everything seems to be in subtle balance: hints of butteriness, notes of nectarine and peach with a creamy mid-palate and good acidity backing. Good first solo effort by Jackson Triggs new winemaker, Levi de Loryn, (from Australia) - those Aussies sure can make nice Chardonnay when they put their minds to it.  Price $20.95 – Rating: ****
