This all Chardonnay staple at Henry of Pelham is turning into a real winner for them. How it differs from the usual Cuvee Catherine is the vintage date and it's all Chardonnay (just in case you ever wondered). 2016 was a ripe/hot vintage so there's a richness to the mouth feel, but that also comes with baked apple, lemon drop, biscotti characteristics and a mineral driven finish ... It’s all backed with good acid punch. Price: $49.95 – Rating: ****+
