I’m a big fan of the Coyote’s Pinot Blanc, but this year they did not make a straight Pinot Blanc (that I’ve seen) so we’re “stuck” with this blend. Aromatically it’s peach, floral and fresh pear … the palate is more Gris than Blanc with toned down white fruit, mineral and mac apple. Price: $15.95 – Rating: *** ½
