This is a pretty typical hot vintage style Sauvignon Blanc that leans more melon, orange zest and tropical rather than the usual three G’s of grassy, grapefruit and goosy. There’s also a pleasing orange pith and grapefruit zest finish that seems to gain momentum on the fresh, crisp and lively finish. Price: $19.95 – Rating: *** ½+
