It’s been 3 vintages since Trius introduced Sauvignon Blanc to their line-up of single varietal wines and while it’s hard to match the blistering acidity and pure New Zealand character that winemaker Darryl Brooker gave to the wine, this continues to be a popular success for Hillebrand.
