This sparkler is fresh and clean with great acidity, wonderful cherry and strawberry notes on both the nose and palate and a pretty mousse - delicate and delicious. After the disappointing (for this wine) 2010 version of this Rose Brut I would have to say the Chateau is back on track; and fans of this wine should rejoice about that. Price: $28.95 - Rating: ****
