With the popularity of Red Conception you just knew there was going to be a white counterpart. This is a more unique white blend than many of the white mixes you see these days: Chardonnay, Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc, each showing a piece of its character in the glass. There are buttery notes from the Chardonnay, melon from the Viognier and grassy elements from the Sauvignon Blanc … the mouthfeel has both weight and finesse, which is a tough combination to achieve … acidity keeps a hold on the tongue yet still shows restraint.
