This wine shows some pretty textbook Cabernet Franc character. The nose is raspberry and tobacco while the palate is full on tobacco, cassis and cigar box … lots of hearty, need-to-mellow flavours, so give it some time and enjoy it in a year or two … still one of the best value Francs in the Ontario section of the LCBO.
