This continues to be a touchstone / benchmark, if you will, bubbly for all Ontario sparklings – heck I’d go so far as to say Canadian sparkling. There is so much going for this wine it is truly amazing: raspberry aromas along with lemon-lime notes hit the nose and seem to follow onto the palate with a nice hint of toastiness crawling up the glass before it dissipates into the wine. Palate adds those Rosé hints of strawberry and of course great acidity for balance. A wine to have on hand for every and all occasions: be it a special one or just a Friday night.
