In my humble opinion I believe the Cuvee Catharine Rosé has eclipsed the regular (read: white) Cuvee Catharine as Henry of Pelham’s best sparkler; but this is still a delicious bubbly in its own right. Toasty, lemony and baked apple lead the charge along with almond biscotti notes that stick around till the finish. Price: $29.95 – Rating: *** ½+
