The nose has lovely fruit driven aromas with bready and biscuity notes – and for you traditional sparkling fans you know that’s a good thing. Palate is loaded with apple and lemon-citrus, but it’s the apple that has the most fun delivering a one-two punch of Granny-Smith and mac … there’s also the right amount of sweetness to acidity on the lovely long finish.
