This is Merlot in every sense of the word, meaning if you're one who thinks of Merlot as smooth, silky and sexy, this wine is your ticket to paradise. Aromas are very alluring with blueberry, blackberry, raspberry, cocoa and vanilla - they make you want to dive right into the glass. Palate is silky smooth (gulpable almost) and has well-integrated tannins. Rich fruit with exceptional smoothness on the palate and great complexity for the nose ... this is one darn good Merlot.
