Here we have the Andrzej Lipinski signature of 100% dried grapes; but before you turn your nose up on this one listen up: the wine went through natural fermentation and was aged 6 and a half months in new cigar barrels from Eastern Europe … still not convinced? The wine is incredibly well balanced, combined a good year with drying which has given the wine a whopping 15.9% alcohol, that is barely noticeable. Nose is raspberry soda, smoky-vanilla and white pepper … Palate has spiced-strawberry and black pepper with plush fruit backing and some smoky character, all put together with a medium finish.
