This is one of the raciest Rieslings I have tried from the County, that's because it was fermented bone-dry and all that's left is mineral with some citrus fruit notes: floral, orange peel, lemon, lime ... but that mineral is so intense it's almost salty ... you gotta like 'em dry, dry, dry.
