There is nothing at all complicated about Fontana Dolce, it's a semi-sweet red that's light and easy drinking with plenty of cherry, strawberry and some cranberry cocktail thrown in for good measure. It's made using Cabernet Franc grapes and sweetened with a touch of Cabernet franc icewine juice. A wine to chill and enjoy or one that would make a great base for Sangria.
