I'm a big fan of this sparkling wine house - I love that they've taken all their eggs and put them into one bubbly basket ... it takes courage and passion and a belief that what you're doing is the best it can be. This Rose sparkler, from the hot 2010 vintage, manages to retain a decent seam of acidity along with aromas and flavours that bring to mind peach, raspberry and citrus, while the finish is dry and pleasing.
