This is a deceptive Cabernet Franc. When I say that I mean the nose let's you believe something will occur and when you get it on the palate it's a different, but even better, experience. Smells are that of smoky and toasty notes, spiced-cherry and tobacco ... which would lead you to believe in a rather smoky and rough palate - but instead the palate is smooth and sexy, silky almost, and best of all all those aromas translate into flavours.
