The right name, the right taste - that`s what this Kacaba offering has in spades. Although 2010 was a hot enough vintage to label something Shiraz, Kacaba stuck to it`s cool climate roots and produced this 16 month in 50/50 American/French oak Syrah with its smoky, earthy nose and palate loaded with raspberry, smoke, pepper and vanilla.
