That's right, Cave Spring has ripped out their Chenin Blanc vines - but they've gone out with a bang on the last of this wine. A nose that has pretty enticing notes of pineapple and lemon ... there's a hint of sweetness on the palate in the form of lemon candy and tropical fruit (mainly pineapple and mango), all leading to a long finish then balances everything off with good acidity on the finish.
