There's not a lot of Semillon being made in Ontario, I can think of one other producer off-hand that makes a straight varietal Semillon. Stratus doesn't make very much, only 90 cases of the 2010 were made ... the nose has an interesting mix of grapefruit, hay, citrus rind and banana skin, while the palate is a touch waxy with grapefruit pith and apple skin with a lime juice finish.
